Safe Drive

If you want to take full responsibility for your vehicle and ensure full compensation even in the case of damage to your own car, it is enough to have a Safe Drive insurance contract.

With the Safe Drive insurance program, property damages caused to your vehicle as a result of a road traffic accident are compensated — only if those damages exceed the total compensation limits provided by CMTPL or any other insurance contracts.

Within this insurance framework, compensation is provided if you are recognized as either:

  • the injured party, or
  • partially at fault in the accident.

Let’s imagine a scenario:
As a result of a traffic accident, the damage to your vehicle is 5,000,000 AMD, and you are found to be partially at fault.
In this case, compensation will be provided for 50% of the total damage, i.e., 2,500,000 AMD, of which:
1,800,000 AMD is covered by your CMTPL policy,
and the remaining 700,000 AMD is covered under the Safe Drive policy.

You are eligible to sign a Safe Drive contract even if your CMTPL insurance is issued by a different company.
The insurance contract can be signed for a 1 year term, and the maximum compensation amount depends on the package you choose:

CMTPL+

When damage resulting from traffic accident exceeds the maximum compensation limit under a Compulsory Motor Third-Party Liability (CMTPL) insurance policy, the at-fault driver is personally responsible for the remaining financial liability. This can impose a substantial financial burden on the individual, as the injured party may pursue legal action to recover costs that are not covered by the insurance policy.

In cases where damages from traffic accident exceed the coverage limits of a mandatory CMTPL policy, a voluntary Motor Third Party Liability insurance policy, also known as CMTPL+, offers the best solution.

CMTPL+ contract is available to all policyholders with an active CMTPL contract.

CMTPL+ is a smart and affordable choice because it provides an essential layer of protection. While a standard CMTPL policy has fixed maximum compensation limits, an CMTPL+ policy extends that coverage. This means that in the event of a severe accident, where the damages exceed your basic policy's limits, you won't have to cover the extra costs from your own pocket. This additional coverage ensures your financial responsibility to third parties is fully secured, up to the policy's chosen limit, thereby offering you significant peace of mind on the road.

To illustrate when a CMTPL+ contract becomes essential, let's consider a scenario:

You are involved in a traffic accident where you are found to be the at-fault party. The damage is 3,500,000 AMD. The maximum compensation limit for damage under a standard CMTPL policy is 1,800,000 AMD. This means your insurance company will only cover this amount.
As the at-fault driver, you are personally responsible for the remaining 1,700,000 AMD. Without a CMTPL+ policy, you would have to pay this amount out of your own pocket. This is where a CMTPL+ policy provides a crucial safety net. It would cover the remaining 1,700,000 AMD, protecting you from a significant and unexpected financial expenses.

The CMTPL+ policy comes to your aid in this exact undesirable situation. It will cover the difference between the damages and the standard CMTPL policy limit, depending on the coverage limits of the package you choose.

You can get a CMTPL+ insurance policy for a minimum of 3 months and a maximum of 1 year, with various compensation limits to choose from, according to the package that best suits your needs.

Sil Insurance's CMTPL+ policy is your additional protection on the road. It gives you confidence and peace of mind by guaranteeing that your financial liability to third parties will be covered in unexpected situations, even when the compensation limits of a mandatory CMTPL policy are not enough.

Second line of defense with the strength and assurance of the first.

Gas explosion insurance

Today, gas cylinder systems are increasingly used as an alternative fuel source.
To enhance their safe usage, we propose that during technical inspections, mandatory checks of the gas cylinder system be conducted and an appropriate insurance contract be signed.

The insurance contract provides compensation for damages or losses caused by a potential gas cylinder explosion.
You can sign a contract for a period ranging from 3 months to 1 year, and the insured amount depends on the selected package.
