From January 30, 2025, the premium will be determined based on the following factors:
  • Vehicle make and model,
  • Region of registration,
  • Vehicle horsepower,
  • Vehicle type,
  • Insured’s type,
  • Type of activity,
  • Registration location,
  • Vehicle production year.
  • Owner’s ID and social card
  • Registration certificate (tech passport) or customs declaration
  • Bank account in the insured’s name
  • Card number provided instead of actual account number
  • Account does not belong to the insured
  • Account is new and yet not reflected in the Central Bank registry
  • Missing or mismatched taxpayer ID in the Central Bank registry
  • The Simplified process: up to 11 business days
  • The Standard process: 13–18 business days

You can appeal within 5 business days via email mentioned in the contract. You may request:

  1. Additional expertise – within 5 business days
  2. Double expertise – within 5 business days (Performed by the Auto Insurers’ Bureau, for a fee)

Yes. By mutual agreement, a deductible amount can be set and recorded in the CASCO contract.
In such cases, the insurance company is not obligated to compensate that amount.
Vehicles up to 10 years of production can be insured.
The coverage applies throughout the entire territory of the Republic of Armenia, and by mutual agreement, can be extended to include other countries as well.
Once all the necessary documents have been submitted, a decision regarding the acceptance or rejection of the claim will be made within 20 working days. In the case of approval, the insurance payment will be made within 20 working days after the decision.
The insured person may choose any medical center (except for annual health checkup services which are provided by the insurance company’s selected institutions), after which they must submit medical and financial documents and fill out the claim application.
Before visiting a medical institution, it is necessary to inform the insurance company whether you are visiting a cooperating or non-cooperating institution.

Once your claim is submitted, the process follows these steps:

Decision-making phase:
After the insurer receives all necessary documents, a decision will be made within 15 working days—either to approve or deny the claim.

Payment phase:
If the claim is approved, compensation will be paid within 15 working days following the decision.

The insurance company’s responsibility begins once the cargo is picked up from the sender’s warehouse and continues throughout the entire transportation process, including transshipment and storage at transfer points, until the cargo arrives at the recipient’s warehouse or the final destination specified in the contract.

Decision-making phase
Once all necessary documents are submitted, the insurance company will make a decision within 20 working days.

Payment phase
If the claim is approved, the compensation payment will be made within an additional 20 working days, starting from the date of the decision.

Providing accurate documentation ensures the process efficiency and minimizes inconvenience.

Travel insurance can be purchased by individuals whose age does not exceed 70 years at the time of contract signing and who are permanently residing in the Republic of Armenia. If you meet these conditions, you can safely choose and arrange your insurance protection for the upcoming trip.
