Anna Babayan

Anna Babayan is an actuary by education and holds a Responsible Actuary certificate from the Central Bank of Armenia. Her professional background covers actuarial calculations, technical provisions estimation, tariff policy development, risk management, and insurance analytics.

She brings over 10 years of extensive professional experience in the insurance sector. Throughout her career, she has been actively involved in developing and implementing various actuarial and analytical methodologies, as well as refining pricing systems for insurance products.

Currently, Anna serves as the Responsible Actuary at "SIL INSURANCE" Insurance Closed Joint-Stock Company. In this capacity, she is responsible for the Company's actuarial calculations, evaluation of technical provisions, risk analysis, product pricing, and the preparation of regulatory-compliant reports.

Anna continuously participates in international professional programs, conferences, and advanced trainings aimed at developing and adopting modern approaches to insurance and actuarial operations. She holds several prestigious international certificates, including the CII Level 3 Certificate in Insurance from the Chartered Insurance Institute, IFRS 17 Advanced Training Certificate, JoCo 2024 and JoCo 2025 from the International Actuarial Association, the 1st Open Eurasian Actuarial Congress (EAC) participation certificate, and the 4th Inclusive Insurance Innovation Lab (iii-lab).
