Arpine Khumaryan

Arpine Khumaryan is the Head of the Quality Management Department at Sil Insurance. Arpine oversees the quality of customer services and operational processes, ensuring that every employee acts in the best interests of customers while maintaining high ethical standards. Her goal is to promote and strengthen a customer-centric organizational culture within the company.
Arpine has 15 years of professional experience in various managerial positions within the financial sector, including 11 years in the insurance industry.
She joined Sil Insurance in 2019. During this period, she founded and managed two different departments within the company the Call Center and later the Quality Management Department. In parallel, she conducts training programs aimed at improving customer service.
Having a background in philology, Arpine also recognized the importance of economic education in the financial sector and earned a master’s degree in Marketing and Business Administration. She has additionally completed professional training within the “Training of Trainers Qualification” program.
