Gevorg Gyulambaryan

Gevorg Gyulambaryan serves as the Head of Internal Audit at SIL Insurance ICJSC.

He is responsible for providing independent and objective assurance on the effectiveness of the Company's governance, risk management, and internal control systems, as well as delivering value-adding recommendations aimed at their continuous improvement.

Gevorg has more than 10 years of professional experience in the financial sector. He spent nearly seven years at the Central Bank of Armenia, where he worked as a supervisor of insurance companies and was actively involved in insurance sector oversight and regulation.

He joined SIL Insurance in 2021 as the Compliance Function Responsible Person and was appointed Head of Internal Audit in 2025.

Gevorg holds a Master's degree in Economics from the Faculty of Economics of Yerevan State University.

As part of his continuous professional development, he is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) Candidate (Part One Passed) and holds the ICA Certificate in Compliance and the FSI Certificate in Insurance Supervision.
