Mariam Zurnachyan

Mariam Zurnachyan is the Head of Insurance Division of the Insurance and Underwriting Department of the “SIL INSURANCE” ICJSC, a member of the SIL Capital Group.

Mariam joined our team in December 2010 as a Specialist in the Marketing and Customer Service Department of “SIL INSURANCE” ICJSC, and in September 2012 she assumed the position of Head of Liability Insurance Division of the Customer Service Department.

Mariam has a higher education in economics, having graduated from the State Engineering University of Armenia, Department of “Enterprise Economics and Management”, receiving a Master’s degree. Mariam also participated in the Essential Requirements for Implementation and Certification of Insurance Companies according to ISO 9001 International Standard, Armenian Single Window for Automotive (ASWA), Management Mix. “Excellence in customer service”, IAB International academy of business, “Sales skills and tools” courses and received certificates the Insurance Company Branch Manager and CII Level 3 Certificate in Insurance.
