Paytsar Atoyan

Paytsar Atoyan was born in 1985 in Yerevan․ She graduated from the Armenian State Universityof Economics with a Master's degree in Insurance Business. She then continued herpostgraduate studies at the same university, specializing in Insurance. In 2025–2026, shesuccessfully passed her professional qualification exams and was awarded the prestigiousinternational CII Level 3 Certificate in Insurance by the Chartered Insurance Institute.

She began her professional career at "SIL INSURANCE" ICJSC in 2007, starting as a CustomerService Specialist, later advancing to Chief Specialist, and eventually becoming the Head of theCustomer Service Department. Since 2012, she has held the position of Head of the Insuranceand Underwriting Department at "SIL INSURANCE" ICJSC, ensuring effective risk management,internal process optimization, and the realization of the company's strategic goals.

Paytsar is responsible for implementing the company's underwriting policy, comprehensivelyassessing risks accepted for insurance and reinsurance, introducing new insurance products, andfostering cooperation with partner financial institutions and other organizations. She organizesand coordinates negotiations with partners regarding the acceptance of large and complex risks,while also supervising the profitability and sustainable development of the insurance portfolio.

Throughout her career, she has regularly participated in international advanced trainings andprofessional courses. Notably, she has completed programs such as "Cyber (Re)insurance: TheProduct, the Marketplace, and Reinsurance Modelling and Pricing" and "Engineering" organizedby SCOR SE; the "Property & Engineering Insurance" program by Allianz; "Underinsurance inProperty Risks" by Polish Re, alongside various training courses hosted by other internationalorganizations focused on enhancing customer service and developing sales skills.

She is married and has four children.
