Roza Azizbekyan

Roza Azizbekyan is a Quality Management Specialist at SIL Insurance.
Roza is responsible for quality control and assessing the effectiveness of customer service, analyzing customer complaints and feedback, recommending improvement measures, promoting the continuous enhancement of internal process quality and strengthening a customer-focused and quality-oriented corporate culture.
Roza has around 10 years of experience in the insurance sector. She began her professional career as a Call Center Operator and advanced to the position of Chief Specialist in the Operational Risk Control Department. Since April 2025, she has joined our team as a Quality Management Specialist.
Roza holds a higher education degree in Linguistics. She graduated from the Department of Linguistics and Intercultural Communication at Valery Brusov State University and earned a Master’s degree.
