- If the Insured person passes their medical treatment at the Company’s partner medical institution, then he/she does not bear any obligation after the treatment or signing out, since we take care of all the further procedures with regards to payments and documentation without the Insured person’s participation.
- The Insured person has also an opportunity to acquire the medication prescribed by the doctor free of charge from the pharmacy network “Natali Pharm”.
- If the Insured person passes their medical treatment at a medical institution, which is not the Company’s partner, then he/she shall provide the following documents after the treatment or signing out:

- Epicrisis, and/or
- Extract from the outpatient medical card, and/or
- Doctor’s consultation statement, and/or
- Reference provided by the medical institution

3. Financial documents confirming the extent of damage:

- cash order, and/or

If the compensation is provided to the Insured person, then:
- The decision on provision of insurance compensation is made within 10 working days and, in case if the claim is approved, the insurance compensation is paid within another 10 working days.The payment is transferred to the Insured person’s personal account or, in case of absence of personal account;the Insured person shall be able to get the amount from any of the Armeconombank branches, upon provision of their passport.
- The Insured person shall provide the Insurer with the documentation supporting the insurance event and medical expenses not later than within 3 (three) months after the accident date; in the meantime, based on the insurance event, the mentioned period may be prolonged.The coupons of prescribed medication may be valid for not more than 1 (one) month from the date of prescription.
If the compensation is paid to the Medical institution, then the payment order and terms are regulated by the agreement signed between the Parties.
